
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
It is our priority that you are delighted with everything you purchase from Garter & Veil and for that reason we are available to answer as many questions as you have about our pieces prior to purchase,

Every item is made to order and due to the custom made nature of our specialist handmade items we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Every effort is made the represent our products accurately but due to their handmade nature and natural qualities of the materials used, some variations in the colour or shape can occur. These variations are not considered a fault and will not be accepted as damage.
We cannot accept any responsibility for any variations in the products due to the device you are viewing the photo or video from.

As a part of our service, we pay great attention to handling each piece with care.
Our products are checked, photographed and carefully hand packaged before they are handed over so it is extremely unlikely any pieces will ever leave us damaged.

DAMAGED ITEMS
​
In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged you must report it to studio@garterandveil.co.uk within 48 hrs with supporting photographs of the packaging and the nature of the damage.
In this case, damaged items may be returned and we will happily replace the item for you and cover the re-delivery costs ourselves, damaged items will be replaced with the same product (like for like).
Returned damaged items must be unused, in their original packaging with security labels intact, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. We will not accept responsibility for items that have been worn or damaged due to misuse or poor handling - please refer to the product care page for further information.
We must receive the returned product within 14 days of receiving your return request.
Please make sure your parcel is properly packaged in its original box to avoid any damage on its way back to us.
Please include the original delivery note so that we can identify the order on return.
Items that arrive damaged beyond that originally reported, due to improper packaging or that are unidentifiable will not be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying all postage costs associated with returns - upon our receipt of the item the return postage will be refunded.
Damaged returns must be sent through a trackable delivery service, ensuring it is appropriately insured.
We highly recommend advising us of any return tracking information so that we can anticipate arrival.
Garter & Veil do not take any responsibility and cannot process an exchange for items that are not received and request that you contact your delivery provider directly in these cases.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

By placing your order online or in store you acknowledge, agree and accept all of the Garter & VEIL LTD shop policies and acknowledge, agree and accept that all orders fall under a no refund or cancellation policy as detailed in the Returns Section. Gift Cards are non cancellable, non refundable and cannot be exchanged for monetary value.
