All Garter & Veil orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service.

Tracking numbers will be provided once the order has been fulfilled. If there is no one to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, it is Royal Mail policy to leave a card for you to arrange collection or re-delivery.

We may on occasion choose to use an alternative delivery service you will be notified if we do so.

Due to the handmade nature of many of our products, the delivery time of your order will vary depending on the item(s) ordered. The average production time is 4-6 weeks, smaller items such as earrings will be delivered as quickly as possible - please refer to the product details for further information or contact us for a specific lead time.

Bespoke orders are currently taking 6-8 weeks. 

Orders for multiple items will not usually be dispatched until the order is complete.

Should you have specific circumstances outside of these guidelines please contact us prior to ordering and we will investigate a solution.

Garter & Veil cannot be held responsible for postal delays that are beyond our control, such as strike action or items returned undelivered.

During strike action delivery times are estimated by Royal Mail and not guaranteed therefore please allow plenty of time for your order to be made and posted to avoid disappointment.

Refunds will not be given for items that arrive late due to strike action - please contact us if you are concerned and we will can discuss a suitable alternative for delivery or collection from the Boutique..

The prices shown are standard charges and from time to time these may differ, such as during a promotion period.

All delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown during the checkout process.

Please note estimated delivery times are 'once shipped' and do not include the time to produce your order - please check the product description for estimated production time.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

Customs duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout, they are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order for goods imported.

Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the receiver, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. The receiver must pay the duties and taxes due on their package.

The international shipping cost incurred at the time of check out is non-refundable.

(A delivery ignored or refused by the receiver is deemed "abandoned" no refunds will be made.)

All of our accessories are made to order and the lead time is detailed in the product information section.

Occasionally we are able to accommodate rush orders in to our production schedule and will always do what we can to achieve an order for a specific deadline.
